Pompadour Hairdressers in NYC?

Just moved to NYC, and I need a good pompadour maker. Where can I find one? I'm looking for someone who can do a really tall pomp in the front, a la the November Spawned a Monster video.

I remember years ago, around the late 90s early 2000s, there was a barber shop like this around 9th or St. Marks. I used to see it coming off the PATH at 9th St., but I haven't the slightest clue if it still exists.
