XFM recruit Manchester stars for new station - NME.com Excerpt: Elbow and former Smith to get their own shows A host of Manchester legends are set to become DJs on a new local radio station. Elbow's Guy Garvey, former Smiths man Andy Rourke and the Inspiral Carpets' Clint Boon are all set to host shows on XFM, which launches in Manchester on March 15. Garvey and Rourke will host weekend shows for the station along with Factory Records impresario Tony Wilson.
