Morrissey Central "The World Will Listen" (April 22, 2021)

He's such a weird cat... he actually blocked me from his Twitter account. I'd called out someone he was championing as being a Neo-lib bootlicker (I think that's what I said.) and he assigned the term to himself, oddly. Then he proceeded to attempt to mock me behind the locked...

DrumWise Meets... Spike T. Smith (April 3, 2021)

He's had an unfair amount of solid drummers. Had plans to work with Spike on a small UK tour just over a year ago and then Corona. He seems a cool cat and I was a good bit disappointed when things fell through.

We should all be so fortunate 😊

Fiona Dodwell: "Ringleader in Reflection: A Look Back at Morrissey’s 2006 Album, Ringleader of The Tormentors" (March 31, 2021)

I won't go so far as to say "before", but certainly after. I've made the same comment recently. There have been some great tunes since, but nothing has topped Pigsty.

Alain Whyte - 4 interviews from '97-'02 (Morrissey content)

It's interesting reading these and seeing how some of the perspectives or answers have changed over the years. Thanks for compiling them.

Morrissey Central "TO SOMEONE, SOMEWHERE" (January 13, 2021)

Unrelated to this, I noticed this for the first time yesterday. I was convinced it must have been some error by the art department. 🤔

Morrissey Central "SHOULD OLD ACQUAINTANCE" (December 31, 2020)

The thing I loved and dearly miss about the Alain/Moz writing partnership was that they could come up with something like this (which is as "in your face" aggressive musically as anything he's done) as well as say, something as intricate and melodic as Hold Onto Your Friends. Always loved Boy Racer.

Does anyone have this concert in mp3 form? It sounds terrific, and the arrangements are excellent

This was the Holy Grail for me at the time of its release. Bootlegs were kind of hit and miss and one never knew what the quality would sound like. I was able to hear this one and bought it at a Moz/Smiths convention in either '92/'93 in Los Angeles, if I recall. Most I'd ever paid for a cd at...

Spike T. Smith YT: "Spike T. Smith with Morrissey - Band Photo Shoot" (December 3, 2020)

Dem was the days. Loved when Moz and the band did cool stuff like this. Spike is a cool cat.

David Bowie & Morrissey: "Cosmic Dancer (Live)" digital single & YT audio released today (November 13, 2020)

I was just discussing this release last night with a friend and feel, at best it's a great memento from a very cool experience, but it's a chore to get through. Bowie and Moz are legends and we all know they can/could both sing. Their voices together on this track just don't work together as...

Alain Whyte: Safe-At-Home Sessions Redux (dates vary)

Cool... thanks! Totally get the tediousness of the daily posting. Trust me, I know ;) If I recall, there are roughly 55 total vids in the sessions at this point. A couple of requests from the first round have been done and will be added at the end.

Alain Whyte: Safe-At-Home Sessions Redux (dates vary)

Whilst most of the new vids have already been shared above (Thanks, FWD) and the "re-sharing" of the playlist on Al's social media accounts is mainly aimed at those that missed them the first time around, there was a brand new version of Ask added that replaced the original that had inferior...

    MTV’s 120 Minutes

Very cool. Been a fan since forever and have followed the new incarnation of the band, but have only seen vids on YouTube from their shows. From the early days, MI put on some incredible shows. Amazing that they were only a three-piece. Liz is Liz... just as cool today as she wasback in the day...
