Yes, why book to play a gig then be happy that you can't play it... It would be great if Morrissey could play two sets but maybe it's not his fault that he can't. As they say in France, give him."le benefit de la doubt"... (Just arrived in Paris on the Thaly from Cologne!)

Morrissey arrives in Singapore - photos

I am photographing the Marina Bay Barrage from the viewing platform (not the foyer) of the (Marina Bay) Sands Hotel. If the ships turn their engines off, maybe the crew gets a free concert.

    Stavanger, Norway - Konserthus (Aug. 8, 2016) post-show

I thought it was a great gig, but then for me it's a case of whether Morrissey is going to get 10/10 (row 27 in Bergen) or 12/10 (standing a few tows back in Stavanger). His voice in these two gigs is the best I've ever heard it. Stavanger was cool - not a massive, heaving crowd, but very nice...

Sydney - Vivid LIVE, Sydney Opera House Concert Hall (May 26, 2015) post-show

He was trying to introduce Crashing Bores by saying something like: "As you all know... the World is Full of Crashing Bores." But people were shouting stuff like "I love you!" and "Happy birthday!" (it was his birthday the previous Friday). So each time he started saying it, someone else...

Boston, MA - Boston Opera House (June 7, 2014) post-show

It's now in my suitcase on the way back to the UK :) We were in the pit, everyone distracted by the chaos of people trying to rush the stage and security to my right, so when Moz threw the shirt I stood up on the seats and grabbed it out of the air and stuffed it down my trousers (!). Only...

Boston, MA - Boston Opera House (June 7, 2014) post-show

Peaches1, I understand and share your disappointment. But not your bitterness. The first time Morrissey fell ill for me was Madison Square Garden, New York - that was a long way for us to travel from home in the UK. Swindon stage collapse and the Camden Roundhouse weekend cancellation... And...

Brooklyn, NY - Brooklyn Academy of Music (Jan. 11, 2013) post-show

Thanks to the little-more-than-knee-high stage, this was closest I've ever been to Morrissey at a gig. With no effort you could wander down to the front and gradually find yourself right a the front within easy reaching, touching, grabbing, rushing distance of him. When Solomon Walker came...

Greenvale, NY - Tilles Center for the Performing Arts (Jan. 9, 2013) post-show

I thought it was a great gig (I usually do). A more obviously crowd-pleasing set than my last time out in (Manchester, 28 July 2012). Crowd seemed really appreciative. Always strange to see a venue with those polite rows of chairs so close to the stage. The first stage invader of the evening...

3 Dallas Tickets for Sale - Section E

Hello! I have over-bought tickets for Moz in Dallas. Typical me. I have 3 tickets spare - can sell all together or split. They're in section E - downstairs on the right hand side as you look at the stage. Offer me as much as you can afford :-) I have them on will-call so can meet...

Morrissey collapsed on stage - Swindon

Re: OMG!! Morrissey collapsed on stage - Swindon Couple of pics from the gig on a post I just put on my blog - which has content that some people might find a bit rude or NSFW (it's called Sextoysinsider because of my day job, so the post is off-topic for there, but I wanted to write something...

Morrissey collapsed on stage - Swindon

Re: OMG!! Morrissey collapsed on stage - Swindon Just got back from from the show. Was in the middle about 5 people back. He sang This Charming Man, seemed in good voice, then as the song ended before I knew it it looked like somone was being carried off the stage to the right as we looked...
