One of the few bands I regularly follow, I actually found another review (Folly something or other) from which you commented and referenced your review (which was more favorable btw!)

So Charlie, you still have your kidney intact?

sorry, i'm a bit slow. are you saying mine was more favourable? i think you are because he was a little more critical. i think he has seen them more often, i was struck by thier quality. me and folly agreed on the sound though, that's for sure!

I should have been more clear in the comparison (I clearly enjoyed your review). Folly's review was quite harsh, but I guess it did come down the the sound at what is apparently one of the worst venues in Manchester!

yeah, it really is a bad venue. IT'S ok for crap indie bands with only thier mates for fans but not good enough for a band like BSP.
