RC never seemed to explicitly mention the track listing as being a critical factor in #19 / girlfriend green mispress. I have seen variations with both Work&Hidden as well as just Work. Any ideas?

#19 in Record Collector's 2004 Top 100 Smiths rarities is the Green 7" sleeve with just 'Work is a....' on the reverse
The 7" mispressed green sleeve with the 12" tracklisting is #12.

Forget my fate.
There are 2 entries on the RC top 100 for the GIAC 7" in green sleeve, one at #12 and the other at #19.
