December at the brixton academy is fully booked pretty much, but january has only the streets on the 29th.

I don't even see why there would be rumors of this if it's 6 months away, especially if the plans are so specific there's going to be a radio broadcast and Janice Long is supposedly confirming the dates soon.
Keep in mind Pasadena in February '07 was announced slightly less than a month before the gigs.

it's a fantastic venue with a capacity of about 5,000 (Roundhouse is 3,000). great atmosphere, great sound. I'd say it's many people's favourite, well mine at least!

PS unlike the Roundhouse, it's well raked so the views are much better. And there aren't loads of pillars in the way.
Moz has a London audience of around 20,000 so tickets will probably sell out pretty quickly - hopefully he'll do a fourth night which'll take the pressure off prices...
