Paul Heaton slags off Morrissey and praises Marr in new song

I've not heard the song but the lyrics are highlighted in the Mojo review of Heaton's new album, 'Manchester Calling'.
Marr is praised for being 'cool'. Profound stuff!

There's a hilarious interview with Heaton in this month's Q, where he goes on about Manchester and how wonderful it is that all the multi-ethnic kids get on in school. I wanted to puke my guts out at his retarded, naive bolllocks. He doesn't have a f***ing clue what's happening in England anymore.

Well i suppose you can get on with life and enjoy it for what it is or you can go to your grave having spent you life being an angry bitter c*** like you?

I'd rather be a realist at the state of the nation than pretending that everything is rosy in the garden. You maywell prefer to piss England's legacy away......but I wont.

Thats your choice, I happen to think Manchester and the surrounding area is a great place to live - vibrant (pre corona) multi cultural and fun, you need to chill out and enjoy your life.

Well, it will be interesting to see the lyrics. As a lifelong socialist, I'd say his position would have been expected.

By the way, he's sold out many places on his tour with Jacqui Abbott. Including Leeds Arena. Which Morrissey has not.
Are you going to review the new album then, you Nazi?
