The main page solo database crashed a few hours ago (6/26 early morning PT) for unknown reasons. I had to restore from backup from midnight (about 7 hours ago) so the comments / journals that were posted since then. Sorry for the inconvenience, I'll do some investigation into the cause/ issues.
The forums database was fine and did not need to be restored. Thanks to everyone who reported the errors.
