After reading that 80's topic...

I wondered what words like "deco", "vintage" and "oldfashioned" mean in that context...

Well I'm not quite sure about that context but something I have learnt is that when it comes to eBay, 'vintage' applies to anything older than about three years or that is not currently (or never was!) in fashion. Absurd!

Vintage (apparel) is generally 20+ years old.
I have to go back to the 80s thread to see what context do you mean.
