Run Your Heart Out For the Lads

As many of you will know, Virgil Tracy is running the London Marathon on the 26th of April to raise funds for Salford Lads Club.

On Valentine’s Day he gave up romancing the ladies to run a 10k race in Battersea in preparation for the Marathon. He came in at a highly respectable 47mins 33secs and refused alcohol in the pub later; quite a sacrificial lamb.
