What´s the song?

Excuse me, I just found a song called "There speaks a true friend" by Morrissey on this fantastic Internet and you can also read that this is the unreleased single. Does anyone know anything about it?
By the way it sounds good, with a great ska/reagge guitar and a very Moz-pop melody and some very nice Moz-lyrics,the first song I think about is "Certain People I know". But anyway, what´s the song?

The song is a B side to the 'You're The One For Me Fatty' single and replaced Pashernate Love as the second B side on the US 12" single Tomorrow. It is only available on these singles or on the Fatty single from the second singles box set.
