I met one of my all time hero's last Monday - Clint Boon.

He's been interviewed by the same band of Canadians that were filming in the Star and Garter last Friday.

Theyre doing a documentary about Manchester for the Commonwealth Games.

Clint can be heared on BBC2002 97.7FM or on www.bbc.co.uk/2002 between 3pm - 6pm this afternoon. He lists the Salford Lads Club as Manchester's Greatest Landmark.

Ahh Clint Boon. What an experience ha ha.. I like Clint Boon as well.. I sent a demo tape off to XFM about two years ago.. I know.. dreams of my own London show and everything.. Anyway, I used as my main intro song 'White, No Sugar'.. it's a great song.. and was about me a lot at that time.. the album that came from wasn't up to much though.

I love both of the CBX albums. He's a fantastic guy! He was telling me he might have another project on the go soon but someone else will play keyboards. He's done a theme tune for a new kids show and it might be released as a single.
