You cannot use 'Kentucky' in that anymore, as the place Kentucky have 'branded' their name, that's why k.f.c. changed, so they don't have to pay to use the 'brand name' to kentucky.

I have a friend in Tennessee who is a vegan and she's sent me a bunch of stuff on KFC. It's so horrible! I'll just eat their mashed potatoes from now on ( if relatives INSIST on going there, sans gravy ). Peta has a bunch of stickers and flyers, on the subject, as I am sure you already know.
