I didn´t know Morrissey appeared in a movie.... or two?

My mamma brought me this film magazine , and in the "latest news in video" section is this english movie called " Hillary and Jackie",England 1998 from the director Anand Tucker,featuring Emily Watson and Rachel Griffiths , says that it´s based in the life of two concertists, one of them ,Hillary is married with Kiffer Finzi played by MORRISSEY ...................

I haven´t seen the movie , but I am counting the hours to get my hands to it at blockbusters!
has anyone seen it? Is it true???

Did anyone ever hear of an episode of the Simpsons where they supposedly spoofed Morrissey for a breif second? I am a faithful veiwer and have yet to see that episode.

Actually, it's a pretty good film - and it's a true story. Lifeguard gives it two enthusiastic thumbs up!

is about Jacqueline Dupre, one of Morrissey's favourite musicians. If you watch the movie you'll know why Morrissey likes her so much. Crazy genius with a tragic ending, with some sleazy sex in it.
