I think Johnny was born in 1963 but am not sure what year he joined The The. Not a big fan of them or him really.

The MP was Geoffrey Dickens who was Tory MP for Saddleworth until at least 1992 but isn't now. I don't think he reserved his moaning for Mozzer. he also said the Stone Roses should be banned from Top of the Pops in 1989 (although this is probably one of his wiser moves in my opinion).
