Hello,
If I remember correctly, there once was the possibility to hide one's list of postings and latest activities from outside prying eyes.
Some users still seem to have access to this feature. How can I activate it?

Go here:

Then see 'privacy options' on the above page.
Then uncheck:

"Show your online status
This will allow other people to see when you are online."

&
"Show your current activity
This will allow other people to see what page you are currently viewing."


Given the public nature of discussion forums, your 'postings' are visible to all - even people you may have on 'ignore'.
The above settings address 'online' visibility & activity only.

Thanks, actually I was already aware of the settings regarding online status and activity.

Would like to know if there have been some changes though, as I remember that the postings/latest activities lists have not always been open to all --

And "all" are all folks. i.e. guests, even non-members?
 
No changes that I am aware of, settings should be the default XenForo software. If talking about previous software (before 2016) then it could be totally different as that has changed several times.
