The basis of this fear-mongering headline plugged by MSM is simply the scarcity of medical staff that has been plaguing remote rural locations for decades. Here you go.
Military called in to help N.W.T. as territory sees surge of COVID-19 cases
Public Safety Canada says it has approved a request for help from the Northwest Territories as the territory deals with a surge in COVID-19 cases.www.ctvnews.ca
Hopefully it's 'just' that. The basis of this fear-mongering headline plugged by MSM is simply the scarcity of medical staff that has been plaguing remote rural locations for decades.
The vaccines against covid-19 administered to date are no longer as effective as they appeared to be when mass vaccination began. The manufacturers are coming under pressure to justify themselves.
Up to now, the development of vaccines against coronaviruses has regularly failed because RNA viruses mutate too quickly and too frequently, thus virtually "mutating out" vaccines, which ultimately led to vaccines not only becoming ineffective but also promoting infection with coronaviruses. This is the name of the problem commonly discussed under the abbreviation ADE. ADE stands for Antibody Dependent Enhancement. For vaccines against SARS-CoV-2, it was hoped rather than assumed, this problem would be overcome. Now, the first study shows that ADE in SARS-CoV-2 represents the same problem that has regularly derailed the development of vaccines against coronaviruses in the past.
Looks good for appropriation, by our own administration.well, vaccine passports are a reality now in BC. from sept 13th on you will need a vaccine passports to access:

Just. One. More. Vaccine.New super variant 'Covid-22' could be more dangerous than Delta, expert claims
Immunologist Sai Reddy, of the federal technology institute ETH Zurich, said a "super variant" will inevitably emerge next year and new vaccinations will need to be developed for years to comewww.mirror.co.uk
ive seen people when they go to get their money out of their wallets, lift up their mask to lick their finger before taking out a bill. i want to ask them exactly why they think they're wearing a mask.I've ben observing an interesting phenomenon in the past few days whilst out walking the dog. we have been p[lunged back into severe lockdown by our govt here and now masks have been mandated for places like supermarkets and diaries.
It amazes me that when out on walks in the park, fresh air and plenty of space between people I see people walking around, I'd say 50% as a rough generalization fully masked.
Now this can only make me think one of two things:
A) They only saw the headline of the news report that masks are mandated sand didn't bother to read the rest where it says that this only applies to supermarkets, closed spaces etc. Our govt has taken a very conservative approach to how they've managed the virus and not even they are saying you can catch/spread it whilst out in the fresh air of the park.
Or,
B) People have been so cowed into fear by the MSM narrative that they really believe that by standing around in the fresh air of an open park they could be susceptible to catching the virus.
It's bizarre and shows me how misinformed people can be or how easily manipulated into fear people can be. Also of interest is watching people wear mask around the supermarket, they are constantly fiddling with them thus making them virtually redundant. At this point it seems like pure theatre.
Maybe in Canada but this level of insanity is brand new for NZ. The PR Spin team have done a great job of marketing Delta as death on steroids.also, none of what you said is novel, b-boy. people have been wearing their masks outdoors for ages now and it's been pure theatre for ages now. for a long time you werent allowed to get on the bus without a mask, but you were allowed to get on a bus with your mask hanging almost down to your chin.
