From the stunning Magnolia, this is, for me the best use of a song that I've ever seen in a film. Aimee Mann's brilliant Wise Up is used to perfection.



In America, it stars the ever excellent Paddy Considine and Samantha Morton and features the best screen performances by children that I've ever seen. Take a bow Sarah and Emma Bolger. This film always gets the tears flowing. I couldn't find the exact clip I wanted, but here's a nice compilation.
